A total of 9 winners will be drawn. Winners are required to download and complete the attachment in the notification email, and prepare the following documents to be sent by registered mail to: “Spring Lin International Co., Ltd., 2nd Floor, No. 32, Lane 128, Jingye 1st Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City, 104” before the redemption deadline (based on the postmark date, late submissions will be considered forfeited):

1. A photocopy of both sides of the ID card
2. Prize confirmation form with personal details (including: name, ID number, date of birth, residential address, contact number, mailing address for the withholding certificate, and recipient’s signature)

Winners must provide the complete redemption documents within the specified period. Failure to do so or incomplete documents will be considered as forfeiting the prize.

According to the Income Tax Act of the Republic of China, if the total value of the prizes exceeds NT$1,000, a copy of the ID card must be submitted for tax reporting purposes. The prize value will be included in the individual’s comprehensive income tax declaration. If the total value of the prizes exceeds NT$20,000, the winner must pay a 10% prize tax before redeeming the prize. Failure to pay the required tax on time will be considered as forfeiting the prize.

The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the event at any time. Any changes or detailed notices will be announced on this webpage without prior notice.

The event organizer is Chunling International Co., Ltd., responsible for audit, contact, prize delivery, and tax reporting.

Winners will be selected solely by the company. The specific methods, prizes, processes, times, locations, and personnel involved in the draw are determined by the company and may be changed at any time for practical needs or convenience.

Participation in this event is limited to residents of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu.

Participants must ensure all submitted information is true and correct without impersonating or using someone else’s information. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize if any false or incorrect information is found and pursue all legal actions for damages to the organizer or any third party.

In the event of force majeure, the company has the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the event. The company reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, and interpret the event content. Modifications will be announced on the event website without further notice.

By participating in this event, participants agree to all terms and conditions. Violation of any related rules will result in disqualification, and the organizer reserves the right to pursue legal actions against any disruptive behavior.

The organizer will use participants’ personal data solely for this event and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act to protect participants’ rights. Winners agree to the collection, processing, and use of their personal information within the scope of the event and authorize the organizer to publicly announce their names.
